Bruce Jenner will not get in trouble with the law as a result of his deadly car crash ... at least that's the way it appears based on a new photo.
The picture was taken by an independent photo agency just before Bruce slammed into a Lexus Saturday on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, sending that driver into oncoming traffic where she was killed after colliding with a Hummer.
It was unclear what, if anything, Bruce was holding in his left hand seconds before the crash. But the new photo shows Bruce clutching a cigarette, not a cell phone.

assuming the exact time of the accident can be determined.
This could be his lucky break. He'll get sentenced to a few months in jail, during which the taxpayers will have to pick up the tab for his sex change operations.

This is what can happen when you are following too close to other vehicles, commonly called "tailgating".
Of course “it” was smoking dope. No one holds a regular cigarette like that.
I don't care so long as it is a penal institution.
The Prius is innocent! It's not like it's an SUV.
As was brought out on radio this morning ... he/she/it jenner wants to be a woman so much, that it tried to prove it’s point by driving like one!
Looks more like a capsule of some kind than a cigarette... perhaps a hormone treatment?

All Bruce Jenner means to me is that he is just someone who one a gold medal in ‘76. I only know of the Kardashians second hand. Never watched it. My nephew was on the crew at one point, he did say Bruce Jenner was a very nice person.
I have seen pictures of him. Truly sad, IMHO. And yes, freakish and not normal. That being said, I find it repugnant the media is trying its best to place the blame on him in one way or another before any facts are known. He was speeding. No he was texting. No! He was smoking.
The media is trying its best to make a tragic accident into a Hollywood feeding frenzy. Why else publish a picture of him with a cigarette butt?
I can see the wheel of a car to his right but none of the other pictures show a car beside him.
If you hung out with Kardashians as long as he did, you’d have problems, too.

Traffic doesn’t tend to build up on the Pacific Coast Highway in February, and the driver was
150 yards from the next traffic light.

Another big question is why the Lexus veered into oncoming traffic when it was hit by Jenner’s Cadillac.
Usually all three cars stay in line in such an accident. But in this case the Lexus crossed a

In that report, it said they didn’t have evidence of photographers chasing him. I guess they do now, since someone has close-up pictures of him during the crash.
I see now he's training like John Belushi.

Jenner told deputies he was being followed by the paparazzi, but investigators quickly
determined he was not trying to evade them and they didn’t cause the crash, Brooks said.
Paparazzi often surround Jenner, and he’s used to them following him.
Jenner won a gold medal in the men’s decathlon at the 1976 Summer Games, but he’s known
to a younger generation as Kim Kardashian’s stepfather.
He and Kris Jenner appeared on the reality series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,”
along with their children. The two finalized their divorce late last year, ending
23 years of marriage.
