(CBS) Weve been telling you about families whose children were diagnosed as intersex not clearly male or female. WBBMs Steve Miller spoke with adults who underwent surgery as newborns and have faced a lifetime of grief.
He was born in 1966 and grew up in a small Indiana town of about 800. His name is Alex McCorry

Oh I get it. They were born that way.../s
So what is the answer?
Only about 1% of the 1% are actually born that way, maybe fewer and they are the ones to feel sorry for, they didn;t ask for it, unlike the crazy ones like B. Jenner...
intersex == hermaphrodite?
My cousin had a baby born the same. The baby only lived for about 18 months.
Friends of ours have a daughter born as both sexes. They had to make the decision which surgery would be performed and with the medical information available, they decided she should be a girl. She is an adult now, married without children and a teacher. Just a sweet gal.
He wants to be a man, and have sex with men. He’s sick.
I thought that now DNA testing could be done to insure that parts matched genes.
Is that what these individuals are complaining about?
Okay, misread the date. Now, according to a good friend who works at a large teaching hospital, the DNA is tested and the pats are adjusted to match the DNA
If the sexual attraction is toward males, I’d say the female gender selection was correct.
In the past the used to just pick female because “it is easier to dig a hole than build a pole”. Sadly this has maimed many people who were born with ambiguous parts. I am glad it worked out for your friends and their daughter.
This condition may be more common these days with all the prescription drugs that people take, as well as the chemicals in food and sometime birth control pills that end up in the water supply, than can all affect a baby as it is developing in the womb, specifically when the sex organs are developing.
Children who are born with this condition truly need all the love and care they can get.

There are some conditions where the child is born XY (male genes) but develops as female in the womb until they hit puberty, well, they don’t hit puberty with the other girls and that is when this is found out.

That must really suck to find that out!
So Genes don’t always tell the story, they would need a test beyond the chromosome count.
They are a terrific family, with two other children. One would never know KiKi had a problem at birth and other than being the youngest she was not treated any differently than the other two. The mom and dad are terrific athletes, especially the mom who borders on the masculine side physically, in fact, the entire family looks very athletic, as does KiKi and if there were any male tendencies in her it would not be different from the others.
I knew a man whose two children, born in different years, were born with both sex organs. Doctors had them choose which sex to make the children. They chose each time to make the child a boy. The boys were sterile so both adopted children when they married. I actually met both men and their wives. These things do happen.

This guy was born with male and female plumbing. It is rare, but it happens.
And they will use that from here on out to prove that sodomy is natural and that we are really no different than the beasts in the gield except that we can soeak. Let ‘s see where have I heard that now? I yeah the Satanic bible...
