Based on past history, the answer to both threats will not be a peaceful one, but it will be protracted.
Or we could take the quick solution to Islam: light up Mecca, Medina, and Quom with nuclear fire. Then, vaporize every Muslim capital city on the planet. One SSBN could do it in an hour and Islam would be thrown into chaos for a millennium.
Progressives are net in line, but solution is longer and a nasty fight.
