Not this red blooded Irishman! I've seen one parade in NYC...a couple of years ago.Beautiful day,great fun.

Can you imagine anyone in their right mind taking their kid to this parade. We have lost our way in America. It is sad to see it tumble. The children of today will never know the “land of the free” and the “home of the brave”. Last week I found out I have kids in Sunday School that can’t begin to sing the Star Spangled Banner. . . .I was afraid to ask them about the pledge. Needless to say I’m going to work a little history lesson in next Sunday and offer a prize to those who can sing it in a few weeks.
