Ya’know what? If he is convicted and is sentenced to a life ending term in jail, let the State pay for his mutilation. Who the hell cares.
BTW, given his propensity for (a) mental incapacity, (b) mental instability and (c) a desire for reconstructive genital surgery, I’d say that a 50-year sentence would just about eliminate this ORC from society.
