A tour manager who was well-known in the music industry and was working on preparations for rap superstar Nicki Minaj's upcoming tour, was killed after a bar fight spread into a Philadelphia street.
De'Von Pickett, 29, of the Bronx, New York, was stabbed to death outside the Che Bar & Grill along Stenton Avenue in Philadelphia's West Oak Lane neighborhood early Wednesday morning.

Exactly. Drugs combined with a mind undisciplined in impulse control is a bad combination. The irony of it is that a mind with impulse control problems is most likely to do drugs. Once that connection is made, the person is a walking time bomb.

Bad neighborhood. You don’t get out of your car in the daytime, and you don’t drive through at night. There used to be a crab wholesaler at that corner. We’d go down at about lunch time — the first few quart bottles of beer they drank for lunch made them happy. Any later in the day and it was suicide. Hell, the old black ladies would kill you for looking at them funny.
