The lovely potato that is so cursed by many (some even have suggested that it should be banned from school lunches)has far more potassium that all the others mentioned as a source.
When doing nutritional research I was astonished to find that if you judge "healthy" by the amount of nutrients per volume, potatoes come out as a health food, while spinach comes out as "empty"!

Yes and it has the same impact on your tummy. Potatoes fill you up and you feel satiated and satisfied. Spinach leaves your tummy a bit on the empty side, and not at all satisfied.
I have added two potatoes a day, along with extra fruits, to my meals, and I think that’s why my blood pressure is much better now.
