“Since when does NASA plan one-way missions?”

NASA has already been provided a plan to get there and back but has chosen to ignore it for lack of pork. Maybe the Chinese will get there eventually but NASA never will.

Already on Coast to Coast a caller weighed in on Polluting Mars now.
She was concerned that we would pollute the atmosphere and the planet
with trash. The Guest and Host were just dumbfounded at the pure stupidity
of "those people". You could hear them sigh in the background.

And well, since NASA has become an open source Green armpit of the Gov,
it just figures they would be concerned about that also.
