Not good for women with family history or personal history of estrogen fed cancers either and soy is not the only culprit. Flax seed is worse than soy and flax is one of the highly promoted health foods now. Sad for me is that grapefruit is also on the list. Instead of everday I only have grapefruit once a week or less now.
Olive oil is the way to go for most people. Agree about flax too. Even sesame oil has similar problems.
