Interesting the Japanese have been eating it forever and has no impact on them. Soy sauce, Tofu, crackers, on and on. Maybe the higher seafood diet counteracts ill effects?

It’s been a while since I read about it, but IIRC much of their soy is fermented and that makes a difference as to how your body processes it. Their pancreas differs as well(larger than cuacasians, I think) so their bodies can handle large amounts of rice. Maybe that affects how soy is used by the body?

In the US most of the soybeans planted are Round Up Ready, making them even worse IMO. No more walking/riding beans for Jr. High kids in the Midwest! It was good money for us back in the day.
