Another great broiling addition is siracha (?) sauce. A bit spicy - I'm thinking the cheese might be better 😉

We make our own hot sauce from hot peppers grown in the garden, BUT we just happen to have a fresh bottle of Sriracha on hand...I’ll pass that advice on to the cook. (Sriracha is one of the best ‘mainstream’ hot sauces available...great on scrambled eggs.)
