Beating Scott Walker over the head with this “police brutality” shooting of a “harmless” black teenager is going to be the entire meme now.
Never mind that Scott Walker has never had the support of the majority of people in Madison, a notoriously liberal city, and one that is skewed even further into that column by the presence of the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. And it was the people of Madison that have set the local ordinances and hired the police force, that led to the “oppression” of racial minorities in the city. By the way, the mayor of Madison is Paul Soglin, a notorious “peace activist” back about the time Bill Ayers was running around blowing up buildings and generally being an urban guerrilla, in the early and middle 1960’s, and there is reason to believe that Ayers and Soglin probably were some kind of acquaintances.
So if there is to be some “head beating”, it should fall upon Paul Soglin MUCH more than Scott Walker.
Madison? Wow, when I first heard about this, I thought it would be Milwaukee.
Madison is 7.3% black, a real minority.
But Madison has the University and reputation as being liberal.

Koval said the officer heard something in the person’s home and went in. He said the person assaulted the officer, and the officer shot him.
