My question is this: What do you do about a person who is photographing locations you might consider to be a possible target of terrorism ..?? Should we report such photography to police or FBI, etc.? I have read of several incidents where it was discovered after an attack that some person had been taking pictures of the site. I think this is a big concern .. seeing as how we are being infiltrated by terror cells.

One more thing, it's your own government who is allowing/encouraging a never ending flood of Mid-easterners into the U.S. Not to mention tens of millions entering illegally from who knows where all aided and abetted government.

If there is a huge security breach anywhere, it's caused directly by your own government. And it's not accidental.
