Praying for your son and your family.
It is such a hard thing to bear.
Prayers up—but please do investigate professional human help as well! OCD can be treated. Blessings.
Prayers for your son. We had a neighbor with schizophrenia and medication really normalized her.
Almighty Father, send Your Angels to guard this family from evil, give them strength and the Grace to not only endure their hardship, but to triumph, and please heal this young man of his torment and make him whole, to Your greater glory. I ask this in the Holy Name of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen.
Prayers - I know all too well, runs in my family & my brother is bi-polar, manic depressive.
The older he gets, the more paranoid he becomes.
Bi-Polar is the new one size fits all shrink diagnoses now.
If he finds a voice inside constantly accusing him and reminding of every humiliating and wrong thing he ever did in a way that it paralyzes him or depresses him, it could be possession. That is what Satan does.
If that is the case, let me know.
Prayers for your son and family. My oldest son suffers from bi-polar and it has caused much pain in the family for years. He has finally got some medication that seems to work better for him, as long as he takes it.
My deepest sympathy and prayers for you and your family. Anyone who has lived through this illness knows how it robs the entire family of joy and leaves you with a feeling of helplessness. I have seen a crisis situation abated by shock therapy and drugs. The problem is keeping the patient on medication once they feel better. Sadly most patients begin a life cycle of illness without some form of divine intervention. May yours be successfully resolved.
May the Holy Spirit come to your son and bring him inner peace.
Jesus said, “Peace be with you ...”
Find all the scriptures you can which contain the word “peace” .. especially those uttered by Jesus or the Apostles. You’ll know when you read them if they are appropriate for your situation; and are something that should help your son relax.
And .. use II Timothy 1:7 - “God did not give me a spirit of fear; but God gave me a spirit that’s full of power and of love and A SOUND MIND.” (I have personalized it.)
Write it out .. and have your son say it out loud every time he feels the least troubled; and even when he doesn’t.
The Word always accomplishes what it was sent to do. That’s why saying the scripture out loud is so important.
You can use the Amplified version to pray over your son. When you write it out for yourself, personalize it .. thanking God .......” If you’re both praying the same thing, it will help you also.
If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to send me a “private” mail.
My prayers for your son and all of your family will be immediate and continuous. May all of u find favor with those whose counsel u seek.
Praying for your son and the family.
Respectfully, it is not new and it is certainly not one size fits all.
Bipolar is a very real mental illness that can have multiple causes. The MRI of a person with Bipolar tells the story. You see a profusion of blood flow in a manic phase and very, very little in a depressive phase. The person truly hurts. Medication and therapy can help to ease that suffering. Spirituality can be a part of that help as well and is critically important to healing.
And, AMEN !
Prayers lifted for your Son and your family.
Prayers up for your son. I’ve seen the suffering up close and I am grateful that we have a God to turn to, to ask for relief and comfort.
Prayers ascending.
Be kind, because that is what we’re commanded to do. — Mary Lott.
