I read that Bill Clinton sent a letter to the Supremes outlining his legal reasoning as to why he could run for a third term. The Supremes sent back a note saying, no way. I don’t know what mechanism would actually stop a president from running for a third term. We are fortunate that there are so few bad precedents like military coups or presidents simply refusing to leave the building when they lose. But once a new president is elected the military will stop taking orders from him. Our danger is that we elect people inimical to the idea that was America.

And 0bama has removed hundreds of Military leaders.

I contend that even though they are gone, they are not dead and they are Patriots that would organize to fight him.

I suppose he/she could run, but I can’t imagine either the Dems or the Pubbies putting an ineligible candidate on their ballot.

I don’t think we need to worry about the hypothetical damage Obama will do in the future, we need to figure out how to undo the damage he’s already done and who is the best person to start that long process.
