The field being bigger in the CFL isn’t a plus for runners. Also, having only three downs versus four in the NFL usually ends up with first down run, second down pass, third down punt. It requires moderate run and superior passing ability. I don’t know if that’s Tebow.
Doug Flute was ok in the NFL, but all-world in the CFL.
