Well I better get to crackin on looking at the new OS, maybe taking another MS Certification on top the the MCP cert I have and maybe seeing if I can put in Virtual Box or MS Hyper V to play around with it, my main question are they going to use or allow an windows 7 type GUI on there or not.

(If at first you don't succeed, put it out for beta test.)

Stick with 7 or even 8.1 as long as possible, even if 10 is offered for free.
My two-cents worth.

windows 7 type GUI
What idiot came up with ribbon menuing? That stuff is gosh-awful. Not only does it take up too much real estate, but it is difficult to navigate and find the functions.
What happened to buttons and blue-text links? They were easy to see, click on, and use. Win7 (and VISTA) changed from the buttons and blue links. Now, one has to move the mouse around to see if anything lights up.
The only advantage I found moving from XP to Win7 was the increased use of memory. Microsoft should have just upgraded XP with the capacity to use more memory.
Windows lost sight of productivity and replaced it with glitz. Glitz may be fine for those just wanting to check email and view Facebook, but it is not good when productivity is the objective.
