So these are majority struggling white families in this area. I guess if this guy owned a labradoodle, these boyz thought he was gettin' above hisself. I'm guessing the thugs were implanted into the neighborhood with Section 8.

I'm guessing the thugs were implanted into the neighborhood with Section 8. I never thought of that; but I agree. It's been happening around here. We might as well throw our by-laws out the window that we pay monthly dues to have upheld.
