Those lying little jerks. Supposedly, Robins *on the ground* means no more snow.

Saw Robins last week. They are a terrible bird.

Almost 5" of snow today and still coming down.

I’ll say.

First thing this morning, I was stomping around the house mumbling something about birdshot.

I bet they taste like chicken.

Freakishly, tomorrow starts a run of high 50s/low 60s for 10 days.

It’s madness.

You poor thing.

Did you get some popcorn, at least?

No popcorn. Our low last night was 15 degrees. It’s been a grueling winter. :)

I *wish*.

For the last week, I’ve been going out with just a light hoodie and then suddenly, snow.

I am ready to ride *now* and this fits and starts stuff is aggravating.

Hubby is about to have a nervous breakdown because when we’re out, I’ll suddenly shriek “BUDS!” and point to a tree.

I’m *that* desperate for any little sign of spring.

:D

I’m gonna run right outside and tell the three feet of level snow in our yard and the woods that it is time for it to depart the premises. We’re a month away from mud season, this year, in Maine. It’ll be Spring when mud season arrives. Mud season is followed by black fly season, which is followed by mosquito season. With good fortune and fair winds, it should dry out by August.
