Got a suggestion which might work if the so-called “good” Muslims want to live in peace.

Communities need to establish a “MUSLIM HOTLINE” for reporting imams and Muslim teachers that promote jihad and terrorist activities.

The callers need not need to identify themselves and won’t need to fear reprisals from the extremist Muslims.
