I would respectfully disagree with your statement. To date:

• copies of short form birth certificate provided to the press / on web
• copies of long-form birth certificate provided to the press
• testimony of Hawaian officials that they have verified his birth and NBC status. The Associated Press quoted Chiyome Fukino as saying that both she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate. .
• contemporaneous birth notifications in at least one local newspaper in Hawaii.

Now you might claim all this evidence is fake and has been fabricated, or have other objections to its validity. But I think to say "none has been provided" is incorrect.
