Minorities act like "the ghetto" is someplace Whites make them live when in reality the ghetto is the result of them living there.

The Austin Apartment Association (AAA) sued the next day to block it. On March 7th, a judge or appellate panel took up the case, since the ordinance seems to conflict with both state and federal law.
The AAA states that it violates the law by mandating that landlords MUST participate in a voluntary government program, as well as risks violating their rights by mandating rents and rental terms.
