The real issue in Colorado is that the Colorado voters nullified a federal law prohibiting the use of marijuana.
Why can’t the voters of Alabama pass a law now nullifying a federal instruction to perform same-sex marriage?

The federal court ruling that Congress could regulate intrastate commerce in pot (or anything else) is as much a perversion of the Constitution as federal court rulings that mandate recognition of same-sex 'marriage'. True American conservatives oppose them both.
