You know everything in this world is a decision, either you made a decision to vote for OBAMA or against OBAMA, I know I voted against OBAMA, but I guess you can’t say the same!
Our electoral system only permits you to vote FOR someone - not against a candidate. You can look at it like you're voting in opposition if you want, but show me where it's possible to register a NO vote against any candidate, at any level. You can't because our system only registers affirmative votes.
