I'm with you. Tell her to dump the Windows XP PC, forget Internet Explorer and get an iMac. She'll have no more problems.
I have three iMacs and will never go back to a PC that runs Microsoft anything. There's her problem.

Or go to the nearest Flea Market or Computer repair shop and buy a PC or Laptop refurbished for $100 with Windows 7. An XP PC is a BOAT ANCHOR, boot it to the curb.
