No avocado?
Really AMAZED that when searching for recipe of Green Goddess Dressing, most do not call for avocado. Perhaps this is just a ‘Southern’ thing. Living in Texas, GGD was seen on the grocery shelves way back when and they sported the avocado base. Having never before today searched for this type on the net; but low and behold most sites do not include that green vegetable/fruit....avocado. The store-bought was good, but Peppercorn/Ranch has always been a favorite.
