“any law that disproportionately incarcerates people of color is repealed”

Not to be overly critical, but in 100% pure honesty would this not be 99% of the criminal code in each and every state?

Perhaps I’m missing something.

How about we examine those laws that ‘incarcerate more blacks” than whites...

LETS do a comparison to the number of crimes committed BY RACE and the number of those incarcerated BY RACE.

I would LOVE to see that discussion.

I had a family memember who owned a store. used to be a FLAMING libtard. although 90% of the customers of that mall were white 90% of the sholifting was done by blacks. She told me once in exasperation that she felt like she needed to follwo them around the store every single time one came in, and she felt like that was racist, except for the fact that they stole so often from her.

And she had to stop taking checks too- nearly every time she took a check from a black person it bounced. And should could NOT put up a sign saying “no checks from blacks” so she had to stop taking them from everyone, at a significant cost to her business (some people like to use checks)

Don’t even bother to call me racist, if you disagree, FACTS have no bigotry, they are just facts.

I’m with you. I believe most of the disproportionate incarcerations of blacks and Hispanics over whites and Asians is the fault of those individuals and their families. The previous generation has to have lived according to moral and societal rights. They should all be working to get out or stay out of poverty, and they shouldn’t have children until they are working and married, or at least have plenty of money.

If an individual refuses a life of crime and refuses to procreate, and instead works hard until age 30 before having a child they can afford, they won’t go to jail. And this is easier when mom and dad chose the same path.
