“...at the Manhattan facility”
I have made an observation about news stories - whenever I know anything at all about the story, I can identify obvious mistakes. This is because news reporters are by and large quite stupid and not detail oriented. It makes me wonder how much news at all levels is flat out false.
FWIW, Fort Riley is not a ‘Manhattan facility’. It is closer to other cities (adjacent to some of them), and Manhattan is not the ‘military town’ next to FT Riley...Junction City is.
Thanks, Crew, as a former long time resident of the Little Apple, I noticed that false ‘fact’ too and wondered what else is wrong in this story.
I spent three years at Riley. Didn’t exactly care for it but never thought about going jihad....
