This is the "Live Thread" for the 2015 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. I will try to keep it as up to date as possible but feel free to add anything either on the Playoffs in general or your favorite team in particular. Just remember to keep it civil.

A lot of talk this morning about Ovie and his lack of post season success.
But to be fair, he did a lot better this year than last. Turned his +/- rating around big time, thanks to first year coach Barry Trotz.
He acted much more like a teammate this year, instead of trying to do it all on his own.

That was game of the year. Hope the Ranger vs Lightning series is just as good.
Looks like the Hershey Bears lost their series to the Hartford Wolfpack. Not sure if any fans of those clubs are here.

Well the Habs screwed me; I had them winning the Cup this year. I still have the other three, with Hawks over Ducks in the west.
Russia leading Sweden in the 2nd period: 3-0.
I think Ovie has come to realize this will all end someday, and his chances of putting his name on Lord Stanley’s Cup are diminishing. He played like it this post season.
I am a life long Ranger fan and am overjoyed that they won. But I have to hand it to the Crapitals. It looks like they are finally among the top teams. This is by far the hardest working team they have ever had. If the young guys come around they could win the cup in the next few years. But to me they will always be the Crapitals.

Canada is mauling everyone, the Czechs were lucky to lose 2-0.
One more period, could be a comeback but I doubt it.
Now we just need Benn to get one for a Stars' Trifecta.
What’s interesting is that Canada is always thought of being awesome but looking at the records, looks like they lost 3 games last year at this same tournament.

Ilya Kovalchek looked like he didn’t belong on a professional team, let alone the Russia International team.
I understand he is some kind of national hero and that Canada was going to win anyhow, but it was painful to watch him get beat time and time again on play after play.
I guess I don’t really care who wins in the Ducks Blackhawks. We will see.
I don’t really care about Tampa Bay and NY per who wins but TB seems to have something special. Style of play.
Never thought I'd see a team be able to match the 'Hawks stamina...Ducks keeping their legs...so far, something Pred's couldn't do.
