Mary didn’t associate the woman she babysat for as the mother of zero until Charlette Le Fevre, who found the name Anna Obama in the Seattle directory, told her she had babysat the POTUS.

While he was arranging the Harvard Law stuff, etc, obama made his confession about his little problem of having been born across the border in Canada.
I believe the book was written as part of the pathway to the presidency, and Ayers stuck that sentence in there deliberately, because they did have a huge eligibility problem.

The letters were originally on one site and then ended up on another one. I thought it might have been on Dr. Kelley’s but probably wrong thinking. Still, this one of his is interesting reading:

The letters later ended up on Dr. Kelly’s site. “Dr. Richard Kelley is chairman of the board emeritus of Outrigger® Enterprises Group”, is on the board of trustees of Punahau school which gave lil’ Barry scholarships, friend of typical white grandma, and did charity work in Kenya.

Remember when the loving grandson went to visit granny on her death bed and didn’t take the wife and kids. Bet he only stopped in to ask about his childhood records. His sister Maya was there at the time. She later told two different birth stories. Hmm, we haven’t heard a peep out of her for years. It wouldn't have been difficult, he lived in one room with a small hotplate for cooking, she lived with her parents. WE just don't know her surname. She shows up shortly after the birth of her child in Seattle, and calls herself Anna Obama. And Mary babysits, according to Mary's story, in January 1961.
That this episode didn't find its way into 'Dreams From My Father' shouldn't surprise anyone. Ann/Anna Obama wasn't meant to be found. And she wasn't Stanley Ann Dunham, who, in January 1961 would have still been in High School somewhere when the child Mary babysat was conceived.

The legal obstacle has been that state officials say that the COLB is the official birth certificate of the state of Hawai’i since 2001 when the state digitized its vital records.

Article Four, Section One of the Constitution, known as the “Full Faith and Credit Clause” says that whatever record any state says is official will be accepted in every other state and by the federal government.
I know of no example where the Hawaii short form computer print out abstract has not been accepted by another state or by the federal government, for example, for issuance of a U.S. Passport.
There has been no law enforcement or judicial ruling on Obama’s COLB confirming that it is counterfeit and the state of Hawaii stands by its authenticity.
Frankly, I have been surprised and disappointed that the true conservatives in Congress (such as the Tea Party caucus) have never seen fit to hold a single hearing on this issue over the last eight years and Congress has the power to subpoena the original vital record and also issue Congressional subpoenas to Hawai’i government officials so that they have to testify under oath with the threat of perjury and Contempt of Congress hanging over their heads. That would have resolved the issue once and for all.

The two other Hawaii officials who have had access to the original birth certificate, Dr. Fukino and Alvin Onaka are alive and the birth certificate has been stored in Dr. Onaka’s office safe for the last four years.
You have me confused with someone who believes an ineligible President cannot be chosen by the people by and through their electors or someone who believes that a person sworn in as President automatically becomes eligible because they were elected by a majority of the electors and have been sworn in.
I believe the American people can choose whomever they want to be sworn in as President of the United States. If they choose an ineligible person to be President, then an ineligible President will be sworn in. Only the electors in the Electoral College can prevent the American people from having an ineligible President sworn in by voting faithlessly. If the Electors choose not to vote faithlessly to prevent an ineligible President from being sworn in, then an ineligible President is sworn in. The courts and the Congress, as servants of the people, cannot prevent the will of the majority when electing a President.
Look to the recent NRLB v. Noel Canning SCOTUS decision as guidance. SCOTUS ruled Obama violated the Appointments Clause by recess appointments to the NRLB when the Congress was not in recess. Obama violated the Constitution and some of his appointees were removed from office. All of the decisions those appointees made after Obama violated the Constitution were voided. Obama wasn’t punished or removed. Obama made new appointments.
It’s similar with an ineligible President. The ineligible President, a product of majority will of the people is not removed for violating the Constitution, his appointments, however, are voided. So are the laws, rules, and regulations enacted during his tenure. The Archivist of the US was appointed by Obama. Since the Constitution and all other US law is held in trust as evidence of law by the Archivist of the US, then the Constitution and all US federal law is voided. The chain of custody for the national governing document has been broken by an illegal appointment made by an unconstitutional President.
A new President doesn’t right a wrong. Once the Constitution is violated it continues to be violated. The Constitution and all US law are voided by the seating on an ineligible President. It’s time to call a convention of the people to develop a new governing national document to submit for ratification by a majority of the states.
I’m an Australian. All I can say is, whatever the shortcomings of your system, it has allowed an unidentified individual to become POTUS.
