You’re talking about different documents. There is the ORIGINAL hard copy long form Certificate of Live Birth that the state retains in its files and copies are made from that original. That document is stored in the office safe of Dr. Alvin T. Onaka, the Hawaii Registrar of Vital Statistics and it has also been inspected by Dr. Chiyome Fukino who was Hawaii Director of Health during the administration of Governor Linda Lingle in 2008.

A subsequent Hawaii Health Director, Loretta Fuddy has also seen the original birth certificate. Health Director Fuddy ordered that copies of the original be made and provided to Obama’s attorney, Judith Corley.

If a government document is a “proven forgery” it doesn’t get Certified Letters of Verification for it provided to a federal judge and to two Republican Secretaries of State. There has never been a court proceeding such as a Grand Jury investigation for forgery.

And then there is the other document, the Kapi’olani Hospital birth certificate which is a souvenir document and not an official state issued birth certificate. The Kapi’olani Hospital document has infant footprints on it.

If he found anything, which is doubtful, what he might have found is the hospital record of the child born Barack Hussein Obama 11 in January 1961, the name of the mother would have been Ann or Anna Obama (maiden name unknown), and the father was the Kenyan student after whom that child was named; the man who insisted on being recorded as being KENYAN because he wasn't about to tolerate being described as Negro.

If there are footprints, they belong to the child Mary babysat in early 1961, when her own daughter, who was born in July 1959, was 18 months of age.

So who is he?

So who died in 2004? and no mention of the father? and how about those footprints?
