You did not say anything about activities prior to pain starting. Nor areas of swelling. Does it feel better with ice or heat? Does Ibuprofen alleviate the pain or acetaminophen?
I've had a total knee replacement, all these question mean something. However, even if I stayed at a holiday inn express last night, go see an orthopedic.

Doesn’t hurt when I walk. I’ve done the quick side to side exceicises and pretended I was running tires. Nothing

Just hurts sitting and only when I get up from sitting, as well lying on it.

I take Naproxin everyday to deal with the headaches from grinding my teeth and I do have custom night guards but, not related to my hip. I think.

Other than than that a broken ulna, I’m fine.
