CQ10 seems like a good idea.

Arthritis wouldn’t surprise me.

I had a few shoulder surgeries in the last 3 years and Dr. said he deburred quite a bit.

I hope my hip doesn’t get all crooked like my grandma’s hands...

That’d be weird...

My grandmother was crippled from her late twenties and lived to almost 80, mostly in a rigid semi lying position. Grandpa was in investment and had means. I remember that he acquired every quack nostrum that came along and the only thing that gave her any relief at all was gold shots and only for a while. When I got to where I was riding the motorcarts in the grocery store I started with the G-Ch very skeptically because of Grandma’s experience. It took a month but all the problems went away. Over 13 years I have had to increase the dosage bit by bit but I am still walking just fine. I tried reducing dose a couple of times but found out that wasn’t the thing to do. I don’t think CO-Q 10 does anything for Arthritis. The G-Ch is a lot cheaper. I hate taking pills and they are big but I would mean to stay mobile so I take them.
