Well, the mother of my adopted grandkids and our photographer for the wedding is in the hospital. I am requesting prayers for a speedy recovery and happy wedding. It’s pouring rain, but I need to pick up my dress for the rehearsal dinner...and shoes, visit the hospital in the opposite direction and county .....and make no-bake cookies for tonight’s training. It’s our squad captain’s birthday and those are his favorite.

when is this wedding again? I keep forgetting! prayers for your friend/photog for speedy recovery, and that all wedding preps go smoothly.

oh, yeah....I need to tan, too. LOL An old friend stopped me last night to ask why I look so different....lost tons of weight, went tanning, grew my hair out, can walk relatively normal with no limp? Pick one or more. ;^)

Good for you! I loved when after losing a ton of weight I had people asking me if my hair was different! it was NOT!

Wedding is May 1st, May Day....May need you to post class, but may be able to now that I have Wednesdays. I can post from my daughter’s apartment computer, as we are staying there. I will keep in touch about that.

a week from Friday, almost here! when do you fly out to CA?

I was out at the church group based Free in Christ last night. A friend there asked me to assist a Catholic girl in one of their live-in programs to attend mass once a month. She attends their church services now, but by June will be allowed to go, chaperoned, to a Catholic mass once a month. Hmm. I am assuming she is in a drug program. I told her I just can’t commit til after the wedding. I have too much going on right now.
