Tony “Baloney” Eason. NE Patriots. Ran off the field in Denver before time had run out and Doug Flutie was downfield forcing a fumble of an interception in the End Zone. Flutie was brought in because Eason said he could not throw the ball far enough to reach the End Zone.

I’m glad you hated Eason, too. I could never get over the fact that there was a QB debate between him and Grogan.

You could count on him to throw a sure five-yarder on third-and-ten to get a wide receiver’s head taken off. Kept his stats looking good, though.
