Maybe he’s an apt symbol of America itself... going from a sturdy, moral, masculine culture of strength, dexterity and competition... to the current confused, perverted freak-show that the nation has become.

Yep - avoid eating all you mention.
Wheat is an inflammatory - arthritics (maybe all - ) should avoid; soy can be consumed only if organic or fermented; and mBST milk may have antibiotics, and ‘growth’ hormones.
It’s really too bad what has happened to our food.
But good business for Organic farmers.
Some organic foods have become less expensive, also.
This has been in the news all day, Daily Caller just published it, another sports story. Can one imagine, 2 professional lesbian African American basketball players.... yep, and it seems they have been arrested for assaulting each other the way I understand the story. Crazy.

Many people’s bodies cannot tolerate wheat - and I’m betting the wheat of yesteryear was healthier.
