Oh, if the FDA says it’s safe, then that should settle it for everyone, right?
My default position is that the FDA is presumptively wrong until proven otherwise.
There's no need for FDA involvement to know Aspartame is safe. Diet soda containing Aspartame is no more dangerous for you than a banana or a piece of grilled chicken with a cold beer or a glass of wine.
