Ed completely blew that one. The Mercury Theater's adaptation of The 39 Steps is taken from the original novel by John Buchan, and has nothing to do with Hitch's earlier film version, which is a good thing because Hitch's film was a loose adaptation anyway.

Wow, Matthew, I didn’t know that, and I missed what Ed said, but I WILL say that there is NO ONE COOLER than Orson Welles. That guy rocked and rolled!
