Yes, state sovereignty NOW in nullifying unconstitutional federal acts which are acts of tyranny, and later through a difficult but do-able Article V COC.

I know a public defender.
Every defendant she’s assisted who has declared “sovereignty” has been remanded without bail.
They learn what a BS defense that is in the real world.
We may or may not be sovereign, but once you get into the system your “stand” is going to land you in jail a lot longer than you want.

Or quickly and better yet the state legislatures can simply invoke the 10th Amendment and nullify these unconstitutional laws. :-)
