Somehow, this clause seems to be constantly overlooked.
I have been wondering today, though, if the Kleins could counter-sue for a lot of the same list; and, they could include loss of income as well. Just because they followed their conscience and wouldn't bake these freaks a cake.
I wonder if it’s time to start using their tactics against them. For example, in court the bakers could have done a preemptive declaration of having their business raped by the lesbians. The judge would have slammed them for making an absurd claim but the rape claim by the lesbians would have been massively diminished. The decision might have been the other way.
