What I find interesting with that photo is the respirator he’s wearing is not something you just pickup at Home Depot. It’s like a full on biohazard mask. This would suggest planning and not some spontaneous protester. Dare I say outside agitator?

Old military surplus Czech gas mask. Available online. Probably works for tear gas and pepper spray. Does denote planning. Probably didn't pick it up that day unless they're available in a local surplus store.
