I assume since she didn't go the grand jury route there will be a preliminary hearing where the prosecutor will have to produce the evidence against them. Sheriff Clarke may be right, but it seems to me he is making a judgment without having all the facts either. I’m willing to see what is presented.

Doesn't sound like you actually listened to what he said. It might be helpful to listen to what he said before you comment on what he actually said.
