These officers are grade-A assholes.
Not only does the handler not have control of his weapon, it attacked the man with command or provocation and continued attacking, with the idiot unable to control his weapon and that weapon had to be physically restrained and forcefully pulled of the man.
Then, just to top it off, the cops smack the guy in the face with a heavy wooden chair.
I say fire all three and that dog needs to be destroyed.
For the life of me I don’t understand why the cop didn’t shoot the fanged weapon.
They sure don’t have any qualms about executing other peoples dogs.
