If the Supremes hand us what I think they might hand us in a few weeks what you describe is not out of the question legally as is Polygamy, and a host of other marriages 2 and 1, 3 and 1, 2 and 2 and then we will have family members marrying to beat the Estate Tax, and that is just the tip of the iceberg...
