I do not know, but something stinks about this whole thing. Arrest all of them for murder? High bail? Confiscate their bikes? There is no way this would happen if they were not white. The pictures I saw afterwards they were all just waiting around did not seem they were causing any trouble. I realize this is Texas but these are also Americans. I know the whole scum of the earth talk saw it on here, but some of them and their guns would be on our side if stuff happened these are Texans. something not right.

Its a notice to stay out of Waco. And if you and me walk in to a bank to rob it and YOU shoot the teller, I can get the death penalty because a felony I was involved in lead to murder.
Additionally, Texas happily has tough gang laws. If you are a member of the gang, you get charged with the acts of that gang as an organized crime member.
High bail keeps them from doing anymore of their BS and starting a war. The judge said it was another message that Waco doesn’t want them around.
And the bikes, sell em all.

Make those SOBs think twice before doing it there. This was a classic example of good law enforcement practice for those black flash mobs too. A violent brick wall cop response combined with a hard line prosecutor, and a Judge who likes his home town. High bails, and we sell your rides.

The fake tough bikers ran into something really tough,,,,,Waco Texas. Now look at em whine. Have they ever given a rats azz about Their victims?
They got a taste of what they think is so fun to dish out to others, pain and financial hardship.

How about these vintage bike guys who happened to drive into the parking lot to attend the meeting and got thrown in jail with million dollar bails?

Then a judge set a lower bail for 3 guys arrested at a DIFFERENT location for wearing colors and having weapons. What type “weapons” hasn’t been released and “colors” could mean whatever color tshirt they threw on that morning. Even if “colors” mean a vest with known gang patches, they were arrested across town so weren’t involved in the shooting. They paid and were legally released so end of story, right? No, the Waco cops got hyper and made the judge revoke it so the guys turned themselves back in. Sounds like they were arresting everyone in town that day who dared ride their motorcycle.
