Blacks make up only 4.5% of the population in Nebraska but somehow manage to commit the most violent crime

Lets take this data one step further. Out of that 4.5%, lop off about 2.25% (one half) who are the females. Then divide the remaining 2.25% by 2 yet again, to estimate the percent of *young* black males who are the criminals. That is, about 1% of Nebraska's population commits a vastly disproportionate majority of its crimes.
