Forget the tin foil; that’s obsolete. She needs the latest in high-tech thought projection: a colander. It will keep the WiFi’s thoughts out of her head, while still allowing her to project her own thoughts out through the holes.

But she should not get a plastic one; those don’t work. It has to be metal.
