Bastardi points out that the northern Africa has had no deviation from the norm in precipitation, and sub-Saharan Africa has actually had above normal precip over the last 30 years. This contradicts Obama’s claims and exposes the lapdog media’s unwillingness to check facts.

Joe has often expressed his respect for the office of the president and the person holding that office. He thinks 0bama is just getting bad information. 0bama wouldn’t care if God Himself showed him the truth. 0bama wants control.
How much trouble are we in when a weatherman (albeit an excellent one) understands foreign policy better than the President. (or, the pResident is a lying, manipulative SoS)
