All the issues, beginning with meth, rural crime, public pensions, public corruption, energy policies, EPA micro pollutant regulations, executive orders, NASA policies to make Muslims feel better, Senate filibuster rules, appointing of judges, budget of each department/agency - analyze why Romney is responsible for those budgets and by extension, the deficit. This is for starters....when finished, I will give you some more homework.
