If President Barack Obama, the American Pharaoh, really wants to stem the growing ISIS threat in Iraq, he is going to have to rent a different army.

This one, the Iraqi army the U.S. has spent billions financing, training and supplying, is not working out, even as the wise, all-knowing Pharaoh in chief has given the ISF (Iraqi Security Forces) its own air force.

ISIS is on the move and growing, as its capture of Ramadi, the capital of Anbar Province, last week showed. Once again, the U.S-backed Iraqi army was no match for the crazed fighters of the self-proclaimed Islamic State. (Several days later, it captured the historic city of Palmyra in Syria).
